  1. Because of technical problem, when i register again, system said that my phone number already exist, can’t proceed again. What should i do now?
    Firstly, i register using email, but i can’t bring my pc to enter work place. So i using phone number, maybe several times i register, they are allowed me to register again.

  2. sya dh daftar my sejahtera.tpi kena tunggu di aktifkan melalui email @ no hnset.masalahnya 1/6 daftar.tpi tak ad apa2 maklumat..pening lh mcm ni.

Sy tlh mendftar my sejahtera tetapi hnya sempat mngisi password dan pengesahan password…selepas itu tiada apa2 respon..sepatutnya sy mndapat no id utk penggunaanya ttpi x dpt…bila sy klik my sejahtera dan ltak no telepon dan password yg sy cipta tu sy masih x dpt mmbukanya…apa yg perlu sy buat…

  4. No otp hantar lebih dri 200 kali dah kat fon msj fon sy,hantar msj yg sama je,tolong hentikan..serabut la mcm nie,

  5. Saya dah daftar mu sejahtera dah berbulan..tiba harini nak redeem rm50 dkt tng ewallet dia tulis mysejahtera belum daftar..apa benda

  6. Saya cuba daftar my sejahtera,bila mohon otp daapt..tp bila nak masuk otp…system reply otp invalid…padahal baru dpt..mcmana tu?

  7. Same issue like show ” Invalid user ID” when using Iphone, but i change to Android phone log in with Email still can & no problem. Is this iphone problem ???

  8. Assalam. Saya dah register semua step dgn betul. Dan dah successful. Tapi bila nak sign in…. pop up “invalid user Id or password”. Helpdesk pun tak membantu.
    Ada sesiapa boleh share mcmana nk settle problem ni ya?

  9. Kenapa saya nak login tak boleh? Daftar baru pun tak boleh,tertulis kat situ no ic saya telah digunakan,sedangkan saya tak pernah daftar guna nombor ic saya,saya daftar sebelum ini pun guna nombor telifon dan email je..tolong bagi tahu saya,juka nombor ic saya ada orang lain guna tolong block dia pun mysejahtra,please

  10. I had accidentally logged out from MySejahtera. I had managed to reset my password successfully as I had totally forgotten my earlier password.

    However, when I try to login to MySejahtera again with the new reset password, I am getting error message “Invalid user ID or password”. Why I am unable to login to MySejahtera mobile app although I am able to reset my password successfully? It seems that irregardless of login using the email ID or the mobile phone ID with the reset password, I am still getting those error message “Invalid user ID or password”.

    This is really making me very upset with the app, as the helpdesk is not able to answer to my question.

    Please kindly respond asap.
